The bet

Players participate in the game by putting the chip on the “ANTE” field. The minimum and maximum bet is visible on the table.

Cards

Every player gets five facedown cards and the dealer gets four facedown and one face-up card.

Leaving the game

Whenever the player thinks that he would not be able to beat the dealer, says: “NO”, puts the cards facedown to the table and looses the initial bet.

Continuing of the game

If the player wants to continue playing, he has to put on the “bet” field a double amount that was on the “ante” field

The rules of the game

For the game to continue, the dealer has to have a combination of ACE and KING or higher. In the case that the dealer does not have such a combination, the game ends with the payout of the initial bet to the players participating in the game.

Payout

ANTE always pays 1 to 1 meanwhile all other wagers pays as follows:

If the player decides to change one card, which is indicated by a specially marked token in front of his betting field (Ante), the dealer pays out the player's winning bet (Bet) in the following ratio:

In case that there is the same winning combination in the same hand on the same table, the progressive is divided into equal parts.

If during the game the dealer makes any mistake with cards distribution, that hand will be considered invalid and the cards will have to be reshuffled.

If any irregularity with the cards will be find, the hand played and the payments will be stoped immediately.

During the game any exchange of informations is not allowed, transgressors will be exclude from the table with the loss of the bet.

For all controversies the decision of the Casino' Management is irrevocable.

Regulation for progressive jackpot in game caribbean poker

1. Playing the special game Caribbean Draw Poker, the players may bet on an additional game called Progressive Jackpot .

2. To bet on Progressive Jackpot is optional.

3. The player may bet on Progressive Jackpot only if his principal bet is on the Caribbean Draw Poker.

4. Each player may play Progressive Jackpot on his own playing field.

5. The bets are placed on a special playing field (sensor).

6. The bet value for Progressive Jackpot is 0,5 €.

7. The dealer closes the game with: “No more bets.” Presses a mechanical button that marks the fields in which Progressive Jackpot has been played and gathers the bets.

8. Progressive prizes are paid only for the five cards which were dealt out first. If the player decides to change one card, he will not participate in the Progressive Jackpot , even if has bet on it.

9. Progressive Jackpot is paid, if the player has the combinations:

• colour
• full house
• four of a kind
• straight flush
• flush royal

10. Prizes are paid regardless the principal bet.

11. The value of prize is shown on an electronic display.

12. In winning cases the dealer must immediately press the button that marks the prize and stops the progressive accumulation.

13. In case of several equal-winning combinations in the same game, on the same playing table, the value of the prize is split to even parts.

14. In case of Progressive Jackpot won at different playing tables, the priority of payment is shown on the electronic display of he playing table.

15. After the prize is paid the inspector must reset the prize value on the display.

16. In case of technical defects on system for progressive playing, the table plays Caribbean Draw Poker without the progressive option.
