The game is played on a table where is a betting field with numbers between 0 and 36. In the middle of the table is a cylinder with 37 sockets that correspond to the numbers on the betting field.

At the beginning of the game the croupier puts a ball on the field in the cylinder that corresponds to the day, he spins the cylinder and announces "Messieurs, la partite commencee". Later on he also says "Messieurs, faites vos jeux", which encourages the players to bet.

When the playe4rs have placed their bets. the croupier launches the ball in the opposite direction of the spinning cylinder.

The announcement "Rien ne va plus" concludes the game and respectively the end of betting.

The bets and the winnings:

When the winning number is zero; the dozens, columns and all the other numbers that are not in the combination with it, looses. The bets on the simple combinations are "closed" and they are opened again if they win in the next game. The player can claim half of the "closed" bet. Oral bets are not allowed.

The bets that are accepted orally, but only if they are money covered:

• Serie 5/8 is played with 6 chips on the splits: 5/8, 10/11, 13/16, 23/24, 27/30, 33/36
• Vicini dello zero is played with nine chips placed: two between 0/2/3 and on carre 25/29, and one chip on each split: 4/7, 12/15, 18/21, 19/22, 32/35
• Orfanelli is played with 5 chips: one on plain on 1, and the rest on the splits: 6/9, 14/17, 17/20, 31/34
• Finali : for example: finale 3 it means the numbers ending with a 3: 3, 13, 23, 33; finale 2/5 it means the splits 2/5, 12/15, 22/25, 32/35; finale 1/2 is played with 5 chips: 1/2., 11/12, 21, 22, 31/32
• Laterally is played on the number and its neighbours. For example: 0 and two neighbours is: 0,3,15,26,32.

The game is played only with chips. The banknotes have to be changed at the cashier or at the table. The player has to follow the game and his chips, even if they are placed by the croupier and has to be present at the time of the pay out.

The inspector solves all disagreements and his decision is final.
